JO DANIEL

Goalkeeper Jo Daniel made 160 appearances for the Cobblers. During her time at Sixfields she kept 72 clean sheets, captained the side in 2017/18 and won a number of accolades to cement herself as an NTFC Women Legend.

Honours:

- Northamptonshire Ladies Division 1 in 2015/16

- ⁠Northamptonshire Women’s County Cup in 2017/18, 2021/22

- ⁠East Midlands Regional Women’s Football League Cup in 2017/18.

- ⁠East Midlands Regional Women’s Football League Division 1 South in 2018/19.

- ⁠East Midlands Regional Women’s Football League Premier Division in 2021/22 (undefeated in the league)

Daniel was welcomed as the first NTFC Women Legend on Sunday 27th April 2025 during the FAWNL game against Peterborough United at Sixfields.

She was presented with a medal by Northampton Town chairman, Kelvin Thomas, NTFC Community Trust Women & Girls Development manager, Scott Loughran and NTFC Community Trust Trustee Scott Desborough.
