Every week we deliver mental health and wellbeing sessions to a local apprenticeship provider for their Year 3 students.
Sessions cover several topics, such as a general awareness and exploration of common conditions, developing healthy coping strategies and positive suport networks, managing stress while studying and seeking employment, and seeking support in work and the wider community.
What we offer:
Training delivered by qualified, experienced staff
Flexibility with delivery
A range of interactive activities, group discussions and independent tasks that support engagement and skills development
Sessions adapted to learners needs, ages and group size
Online and in-person options
Regular feedback and collaboration with the training provider
Certificates for learners who complete the course
Optional extras for incentives including celebration days, stadium tours, free tickets to matches and player visits.
We're now ready to expand the programme and are keen to work with more partners.
