Attend a specially created three hour session with the employability team at the Northampton Town Community Trust, as they provide students with insight into day to day operations at the football club, whilst providing guidance in how to take their next steps within the industry.

Micro workshops delivered by professionals in their fields throughout the session. This can include members of our Employability, Education, Marketing, Business Development & Women’s teams and much more.

Ideal for key stage 4, post-16, college & university sports courses for just £5 per student.

Last month, we welcomed Weston Favell Academy to Sixfields Stadium, 300 students took part in various workshops to see what it looked like to work for Northampton Town Football Club & Community Trust. To grow their understanding of various employment occurs behind the scenes at professional football club. Students looked at; Business & marketing, Education & Employment training,  Health & Nutrition, Women and Girls development.

Weston Favell Academy also had the opportunity to ask up and coming stars about their football careers to date, followed by a Q&A session.
