HEAD OF PROGRAMMES AND OPERATIONS

I started working for Northampton Town Football Club Community Trust in September 2025.

As Head of Programmes and Operations, I am responsible for the day to day running of the trust, working closely with the CEO and team of project leads.  We have the most amazing team of passionate, dedicated staff and I love working with them every day.

I have worked in public sector environments serving local communities for 30 years and have been responsible for running corporate departments.  I spent 17 years in the NHS leading teams and managing projects.  I enjoy working with people and seeing project delivery having real impact on people's lives.

I am passionate about helping our local communities to thrive and I love what I do!
