BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

I joined Northampton Town FC Community Trust as Business Development Manager in October 2026.

My role involves developing new business opportunities, growing income, and building strong relationships with schools, businesses, and organisations across Northamptonshire.

Working closely with programme leads, I am responsible for identifying opportunities to develop our existing programmes, secure new partnerships and generate sustainable income to support the Trust’s work in the local community.

I have over ten years’ experience working across football, spanning partnership development, business operations and senior leadership roles. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for building relationships, bringing people together and creating opportunities that support both business growth and positive community impact.

I am passionate about the power of sport to make a difference and I’m excited to help grow the Trust’s work, develop new partnerships and create even more opportunities for people across Northamptonshire.
